Customized Orders: All customized orders require a lead time of 4 weeks for creation before they are shipped. This timeframe allows us to ensure each piece meets our high-quality standards.

Non-Customized Orders: Orders for standard, non-customized items are processed within 2-3 business days.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
