Delivery
At RIA Design Studio, each piece is handcrafted to order with care and intention. Our production lead time is approximately 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Once complete, your item will be shipped either from New York City or Lagos, Nigeria, depending on the piece.
Delivery & Courier Services
We currently ship using FedEx for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- No shipments can be made to P.O. Boxes.
- White-glove delivery is not available at this time.
All pieces are delivered fully assembled by default. However, if you would prefer your piece to be flat-packed to reduce shipping costs, please contact us at info@riadesign.org before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Estimated Timelines
- Production time: Up to 12 weeks
- Shipping time: Approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on destination
Shipping times may vary depending on whether your item is being shipped from the U.S. or Nigeria. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.
International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that international delivery costs can be high and may vary significantly depending on your location. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
We take great care when packaging each piece, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@riadesign.org. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging. Please do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for insurance claims.
Returns & Refunds
Because all RIA Design Studio pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please contact us at info@riadesign.org with any questions or concerns before making a purchase. We're happy to help you make an informed decision.
